Please note that as our business receives high volumes of orders, we unfortunately cannot offer full refunds if there is a change of mind within 7 days prior to your event date or 14 days for any customised pieces. Prior to this time frame, you may wish to cancel your order to receive your full deposit however, any cancellations made within 7 days or less will result in a loss of payment. We will try our best to accommodate for any minor changes made and will let you know if your request for seasonal products are not available.
In unlikely circumstances where we have made an error in your order, please contact us with photos of your desserts, and we will take steps to rectify the issue. Please also read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

We respect and pride ourselves in maintaining great relationships with our customers, and will constantly strive to make sure this is possible. The data that we receive is purely for business purposes to ensure we have a record of your purchase and any communication that occurs between us and you.
Protecting your privacy is of the highest importance to us as we want you to shop with confidence.
Please ensure you select the correct shipping option upon checkout to ensure your products are shippable. All products are shipped via Registered Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided within 3 business days of ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safety of your products once it has left our venue but we will always take necessary precautions to heavily bubble wrap your products to avoid this. We therefore do not accept any liability.
If the pick-up option has been selected at checkout, our full address will be later emailed to you with a confirmed pick up time. Our standard Melbourne Delivery fee is $14.95 within 25km of Fairfield and will be subject to change if your location falls outside this radius.
